Kristensen Properties offers Fund Management which comprises administration - including communication with the Board, investors, financial institutions -, accounting, preparation of budgets and annual reports (including tax and VAT accounts), secretariat, arrangement of financing and other agreements with external advisers and consultants, as well as management of cash flows and financing.
Kristensen Properties acts as a responsible management of each of the investment companies. A formal Management Agreement is entered into between each of the investment companies and Kristensen Properties. Further, Kristensen Properties makes sure that Property Management Agreements are made with external property managers or with companies in the Kristensen Properties Group.
Fund Management is carried out in accordance with specific Corporate Governance regulations.
