About us
Kristensen Properties was founded in 1998. Focus was put on property development activities in Denmark, the Baltics, and Turkey. The Baltic and Turkish activities were completed and disposed off during 2002 and 2003.

At the turn of the Millennium, the German market experienced an economic recession, and real estate investments became attractive. Interesting properties on great locations were put on the market at reasonable prices. Kristensen Properties established office in Berlin, and this was the start of a period during which was acquired a number of German properties, such as office buildings, residential portfolios, supermarkets and retail properties. Investments were made by investment trusts and private investors - often with Kristensen Properties as co-investor.

Since 2004, Kristensen Properties has established branch offices in the German cities of Regensburg and Bremen. Further, Kristensen Properties has acquired the management companies GSV-Berlin, GSV-Braunschweig, and Kristensen Service GmbH in Merseburg. These companies are in charge of the Asset Management of the real estate portfolios containing residential and commercial properties in Germany.

Kristensen Properties is an experienced Fund & Asset Manager, who operates internationally on the Scandinavian, UK and German markets. Our staff holds in-depth and thorough knowledge of all aspects of real estate investment and management.

Kristensen Properties is based in Denmark with two offices; head office in Aalborg and branch office in Copenhagen.
