Since 2003, Kristensen Properties has been in charge of the Fund & Asset Management on behalf of a considerable number of privately owned limited partnerships with German properties. At present, more than 60 companies together own a real estate portfolio of approximately 100 German investment properties; retail, supermarkets, etc. with more than 450 tenants. The properties have a value of approximately EUR 540m.

The Asset Management of this real estate portfolio is mainly carried out by the Kristensen Pro-perties staff in Berlin, Bremen and Regensburg.

Since 2008, Kristensen Properties has been in charge of the Fund & Asset Management on behalf of approximately 60 privately owned limited partnerships owning a total of 90 investment properties located in Denmark, Finland and the UK with a book value of approximately EUR 270m.
