We operate mainly in the German market, where we are responsible for the management of a real estate portfolio worth approximately EUR 1.75 billions. In the UK, Finland, and Denmark we are in charge of the management of a real estate portfolio worth approximately EUR 370m. 

Kristensen Properties manages real estate investments on behalf of institutional, financial, as well as private investors worth a total of approx. EUR 2 billions. The investments are organised in various company structures, and the total number of investment companies is exceeding 200.
